Witch

A "Mangkukulam" or "Witch" in Philippine folklore is a person who's practicing witchcraft. They have knowledge about black magic that feared people from then. After casting spells and performing their rituals, a mangkukulam can cause illness (which cannot be cured by modern medicine), death of a relative or someone you love, lost of mental focus and other unexplainable cases. They're widely known in provinces of the country.
